This Cat Running Wheel boasts a 100CM(39.4in) inner diameter, and 112CM(44.1in) outer diameter, and stands at 120cm(47.2in) in height, with a weight of 9kg. It comes packaged in a box that measures 20cm * 30cm * 85cm.
2. Will the wheel make a lot of noise that will bother my neighbors?
No, our new design reduces the noise to an acceptable level. Low noise is our advantage compared to other brands. You can check the videos to understand the noise level. Additionally, the wheel has a security locker that allows you to stop the wheel whenever you want.
3. Do I need to train my cats to play with the wheel?
Yes, most cats will need a laser toy or cat food to attract them to the wheel. Active cats tend to learn quickly, while quiet or lazy cats may require multiple training sessions.
4. What material is the cat running wheel made of?
The wheel is made of PVC. We tried solid wood, but it tended to get moldy in wet regions, so we switched to PVC, which has proven to be stable.
5. Is the wheel safe and stable?
Yes, our design takes care of safety issues that some other wheels in the market may have, such as gaps between the base and the circle wheel that could pose risks to a cat's paws. Our wheel is safe and stable.

8. What if my cat doesn't like the wheel?
After training, most cats tend to like the wheel due to their energy levels. However, for quiet or lazy cats, you may need to be patient and avoid pushing them to use the wheel, as they may start using it suddenly on their own.

You can check the wheel in person at our physical locations before making a purchase. If you choose delivery, full payment must be made before delivery.
